Order with confidence from DSB Jewelry.  We guarantee all workmanship for 1 year from purchase date.  (Free restringing for 1 year if no missing pieces.)  It is rare for us to have to repair.  We only do, on average, 2 repairs for every thousand pieces we sell.  If something should happen to your jewelry that affects the beauty or wearability, send it to us and we will provide you with an estimate to fix if after the one year warranty.  If a piece of jewelry catches on something and breaks, attempt to find all the pieces.  If any pieces are missing, we’ll replace them for a nominal fee.

Care & Cleaning

Store jewelry flat.  Do not hang.  Avoid contact with sunscreen, perfume, hairspray and other hair products, lotions, makeup, and other cosmetics.  If sterling or vermeil, store in small, zip-sealed bag.

Call for cleaning instructions.  Special care is needed for cleaning pearls, shell, turquoise, coral, and silver.  Feel free to call with any questions.  We charge a minimal amount for cleaning if you ship to us.  Usually we have a 24-hour turnaround.  If local, by appointment.  Cleaning often takes less than 10 minutes, depending on number of pieces.

Shipping/Handling & Insurance

We ship UPS, FedX, USmail – 2nd Day Air.  Make sure you enter your address and phone correctly.  We will call to verify.  Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided.
